Friday is always a good day for car-spotting ! Todays were a very nice 1965 green MGB roadster Northbound M3 (wave-wave and thumbs up ) and what looked like the back of an MG "Y" type in maroon on the A331. Must get photos sorted.

Probably something to do with the Wife having one. I'm allowed to drive it if I'm good :)

.........and not only that a very nice bright blue " V " reg Scimitar ( SE 6 ?) fell in behind me in SWK on the M23 near J6. :bluewave: Wave-wave again and thumbs up.
And on the way back we passed a nice maroon H-reg Morris Minor Traveller . I think he was concentrating on his driving though.
Tony.

Nice white Dolly HL of some sort heading towards Bagshot on the A322 this am around 8:45...

I wonder who that was?

Oooooops; does that mean I missed seeing you with wave-wave thumbs up ???
Sorry ^2 . I must have been in Monday morning mode.
I would confess to this probably being me in SWK unless somebody else was around ?
That was well spotted Jon as I only do a short stretch of that road of a morning before using the back-roads and country lanes !
Retrospective " Greetings ".
Cheers for now,
Tony.

Only 2 MGB's today. Nice ones mind you, one of which was being driven by a nurse. Fine weather for the rest of the week so hopefully a few more sightings before the week is out.

A car transporter isn't normally worthy of note but today I saw one....with a cargo I've never seen before

Twas carrying 4 brand new merc hearses....!!!

Seems at least the funeral trade is exempt from the current financial doldrums.

They'll be Binz ones I bet. Drove one once on a track once at over 140mph and thought how inappropriate that was. It was a diesel too! I've written into my will that I will not be taken to my maker in any hearse that is diesel powered or a Vauxhall. Unfortunately I will never know if that ever happens. I think I might add Toyota Hybrid to the list too, that would be an awful way to go.

Renault 12 travelling Maidstone bound on the M20 earlier this evening.

Could have sworn the reg. number was KRW307K but no trace on DVLA .

It's only 8:30 ish and already a lovely Mini Clubman spotted, a TR6 (roof down), an MGB (roof down) and a MK2 Escort! Just need to spot something unusual now.
