our local council were talking about fortnightly bin colections,now the aveage family will fill up both the recycle and domestic bin in one week ,they will not empty a bin if the lid in not fully shut quoting health and safety 'a empty parerbag may full out and cause the domestic refuse container emptying opperative injury'
these are the same people who cross a main road without looking dragging a bin behind them then when you hit bin/bloke they say
'did you not see me i am wearing a yellow vest?'
'YES I SAW YOU ,YOU TW4T BUT THATS FOR NOT EMPTYING MY BIN LAST WEEK'
my car now has a wheelie bin and fat blokes head shapped dent in the front.
It turns out that i hit the wrong bloke ,the one that does my street is off with stress cos someone didn't leave the front gate open!
