Last night on the M3 just come off the M27 and there was a taxi in front of me lane hogging, I was positioning myself so he could see me behind
he eventually moved into lane two over and as I was about to plant the fast peddle I noticed the plan white BMW in front was one of our unmarked RPU cars so hung back doing just over 50 mph (which is the limit of that stretch) , the taxi driver being annoyed that I was taking my time overtaking the BMW decided he along with the van that was behind me who had been undertaking and tailgating people were going to pass using lane one and start racing each other. Those white BMW's look pretty when they light up .
