Hi, I just joined the club and this is my first post, forgive me if I have put it somewhat in the wrong place!
Im the owner of a Russet 79 1500HL Reg NWP948T, i aqquired the car in October of 2019 and having owned it and driven it for a few months I would love to try and find a previous owner, or even anyone who knows anything about its past.
It had (and still has) three TSSC stickers from 2012-14 in the window, tried their forum but nothing from them unfortunately.
I was fortune enough to have aqquired my cars service book from Facebook martplace earlier this year but no back story.
If anyone can share anything it would be much appreciated!
Thanks

The only thing I can think of is to do a HPI check, but that will only give you basic details such as how many owners from new, if it was accident damaged, exact date of registration...

How did you obtain the car? (looks nice BTW)

It was owned by a Club member in Birmingham from around 2007 - 2010, if that helps?

Thanks for the welcomes, my car looks pretty good on first glance, the drivers side as opposed to passengers in particular
I wasnt aware of the ownership prior to 2010 in Worcester by a club member.
Suppose I will keep looking! The more people that see this eventually someone will know something more i expect!
Cheers

Just a thought Callan, when all this poo is over? Get out in it to some shows in the area you bought it from, there is a chance people will recognise it and tell you more about it :D That certainly happened with my Dolly, although it had full history i found out a little more about who owned it and why the mileage was so low.

Tony.

Yeah, im definitely planning on doing so. If it wasnt for the poo i wouldve been to at least a dozen shows already! I bought it off my boss prior to working for him, i know a little of its previous owner history as he bought it off a friend but after that im a bit blank although I mightve gotten onto a lead over the last few days!
Spoke to mike papworth who says he had it many years ago, he found an email thread from 2014 when he aqquired it. With a bit of facebook digging I think I have found a previous owner from 2010-2014 fingers crossed. If so then in the space of a few days tracked down all but 1 previous owner :D
looking like it was owner by the same chap for a duration of its life up till 2007-2010 time i think
