Hi all

thought I should do a formal introduction and say hello. My names Martyn and I'm here in the search for a Dolomite Sprint so a good place to start. Currently own a 1982 Audi Coupe GT which is my ongoing project, but I am looking for something a little bit special to use for special occasions.

I have owned Triumphs in the past including my first one, a 1500TC in Sienna Brown, a '78 1500HL in Carmine Red, a 1973 Triumph 2000 in Wedgewood Blue, a Triumph Herald 1250 and a 1969 Mk 1 Triumph 2000 in Conifer Green. Been away from Triumphs for the best part of 15 years and have always hankered after a sprint so thought it is maybe the right time to scratch that itch. :!:

Welcome to the forum!

Are you looking for a restoration, or a really tidy one, or something in between?

Looking for a really tidy one with little or no work required. The Audi gives me enough work in terms of projects

I think Mad Mart still has his purple one for sale.

He is probably the best restorer of these, I've been down to his garage and his attention to detail is brilliant.

Oh yes, A MM car is a joy to behold and well worth the money IMHO.
