Welcome to the forum!
Small tip, don't polybush both ends of the rear trailing arms, they need some lateral movement, otherwise they crack. Never good!

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

Solid advice there. The inner end (as in; the end that's attached to the car) would be better off being rubber, though to prevent too much lateral movement there, you can use the solid bushes intended for the axle end in those locations instead of the voided bushes. Polys at the axle end shouldn't be too hard as the arm needs to be able to move relative to the pivot point and to the axle, the latter to a much lesser extent.
Come to think of it, the only places at the back end of mine that were treated to polys were the bushes at the axle ends of the upper arms. But even fitting standard rubber everywhere is bound to make a noticeable difference if the car hasn't had any replacements for a while.

And welcome to the forum, keep us all posted regarding your progress with the car please, we're nosey that way.

That amount doesn't go far on a Sprint engine!

That sounds like good value. My only minor quibble would be a sprint zorst manifold has bolts....which shear off and look like studs I suppose.

Nice one. Hope he used good bearings and the more modern water pump seal.
