People mock RWD in snow but as proved by my own car it's fine provided you are both careful and are prepared to invest in decent winter tyres. A Dolly though already has nice skinny tyres and little torque or power so nowhere near as bad as a Merc/BMW.

I am constaly amused by the the scores of abandoned RWD German cars I see in the snow as a drive effortless past them. People pootling and skidding in their euroboxes look at me as if I am insane but I'm comfortable in the knowledge that I have significantly better grip and braking than they do. Don't get me wrong you have to be careful but it does make some roads look very easy.

Haven't had the Dolly out in the snow, but judging by how it handles rain and light frost I wouldn't want to take it very far.
