Time for a new thread for 2020

It was decided at the last meeting to put the January meeting back a week due to it falling on the 1st (New Year's Day) so the first meeting of 2020 will be on the 8th. I'll be sending out my usual e-mail tonight when I'm back home from work.

What time do people usually arrive?

Last night's meeting was a decent turnout with me, Trev, Bob, Keith and a new face (to the meeting) in the shape of Sam (AKA yorkshire_spam) who turned up in his Dolomite 1850 auto.

The next meeting will be on February 5th.

The March meeting is only a week away. I'll be sending out my usual e-mail (if I don't forget!).

Tonight's meeting was a decent turnout with me, Bob, Keith and a couple of new faces in the shape of Gary who has an 1850 auto and Paul who came all the way from Gilberdyke and has a Sprint. Paul did come to a meeting once many moons ago.

The next meeting will be on the 1st of April (not an April Fool joke).

Oh feck! The April meeting looks to be in doubt because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Watch this space...

With BoJo announcing the closure of the entertainment and hospitality industry all meetings are off for the foreseeable future until all this has passed.

Boris has decided to reopen the pubs on the 4th of July but this will be too late for the July meeting which would've been a week today on the 1st.

You could put it back a week Dave as next month may be difficult if people are going away. It will enable you to find out if the venue is open also.

I will also have some news, Trev knows, but I will not let it be known until its all cast iron.

Dave are you proposing a meeting for August and how are the new lockdown regs put in place last night going to effect things.
My reading of it is households in the effected areas can't meet up in a pub on the same table, but those from outside can and we can go outside the area to meet also.
So is the pub in or out of the area. If it's in then those from Bradford Halifax Hudersfield cannot be on the same table but those from outside can be. If it's outside it seems we can meet up all together.
Have you made any decisions yet?
