I have the club stand booking form in front of me, which I intend to submit to the organisers this week. However, despite my appeal in Dolly Mixture and on this forum, no one has volunteered to organise our display or offer their car for the club stand. I hope this is just a case of Christmas being more of a priority for most people and that now it's over, members will come forward and offer to help out....

I need to go to buy some parts anyway!
Let me know what's required.
Mike.

What a difference a day makes! We now have two volunteers and the promise of at least one car for the display. Booking form has been submitted, so more cars and pairs of hands needed please! Free passes available by the way...

Also, for anyone needing overnight accommodation try
http://www.stoneleighparklodge.com/ as it's located at the showground right next to the exhibition hall.

I'll be there with Dollyteddy's, stickers, badges, keyrings, etc, etc. Not sure if LWT will be good enough for a club stand but I hope to be going to the show in her anyway. Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
How much are tickets?

Cheers

Ken

Thanks for the offers everyone :D , could all volunteers please send me a pm or email with their phone number? I'll then contact everyone individually and sort things out.
More info will be posted in the Members-only section shortly.

Reg, your car is more than tidy enough to grace the TDC stand! They don't need to be total minters, infact I'd rather see a nice well kept original car like yours than one that's been totally restored....... those flourescent lights do wonders too!

I have volunteered myself and vehicle to attend, so if its required i will probably stay over on the Sat evening. I have looked at the accomodation and its pretty £ for one person, so if anyone wants to share let me know.

Alternatively there is always a tent in the cow shed!
