Right, bit more info for everyone.

We've got 10 exhibitor passes, of which I calculate 6 are already taken by people bringing cars (and me). So this means we're looking for 4 more people to meet us at stoneleigh for 7:30-8am to help set up. Everyone else gets to have a lie-in. :D

For those who don't get in early on an exhibitor's pass, Andy has said that we can reimburse the cost of the ticket to people who are helping with the stand. Turn up at 10am for the start of the show, and I'll have the kettle on the boil by the time you get to us.

Swapping out a gearbox can make a big mess with clutch fluid, which is not that nice to the skin.
Shouldn't spill a drop if its done correctly!

Are you counting Susie and I in that 6 Dave?

I have a 'get in at ten' ticket if anyone really needs the exhibitors pass. I'm pretty easy either way - no sweat.

Susie not coming. I'll still meet you at BP...what time?

Are we having badges? If so what names and I'll adjust the master copy to suit...

I have a list, but it's all forum user names, which could get a bit confusing. :?

Just to be absolutely sure:

Where exactly is the rendez-vous? Alun mentions the BP garage. Would that be the one opposite the Harvester pub and the Express Holiday Inn? (I stayed there last month for the Triumph Spares Day)

I've visited TDC Spares, Coventry branch today; there are major roadworks on the A45, the traffic was at a crawl. Might be lighter on a Sunday morning, but be warned...

If I could've got in at the Express Holiday Inn on that roundabout it would've been perfect. The nearest one with availalbe rooms was over in Rugby.

According to Dave's earlier posts he was lookng at 7.30-8.00am

I'll be there. (with Anita)
