By the vid stopwatch Mart was doing a 1min 30 in Jag 2 compared with my 1min32 (just before an unscheduled stop!).

Do I give up and trail Mart or get me a STR91 cam and come out fighting?

You may find a 4.1 diff more usefull to get all power to the road at all times

No Alun its on a Piper 270 obtained from Ebay of course.

Yes Tahiti a lower diff would help.

The 2:30 session would have been brilliant with all four of us out together, but it wasn't to be.

Jon, go get a TT10106 (equivalent) like mine, from Newman cams & come out fighting.

Well as the head has to come off to do the gasket (I removed the plugs and turned eng over and no 4 was a water pump)
The Piper cam is in excellent condition and could be used to offset cost of the Newman
