Wow, the wire brush drill did a real good job on that block! I'll have to remember that!

Started on the cylinder head this afternoon. It's a bit cacked up. Removed the rocker gear & then started to remove the valves. I had two that were reluctant to move but I persuaded them otherwise.

I then started on stripping the rocker assembly. Didn't get very far before tea. All the rockers look in very good nick as does the camshaft.

Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years. :boggle2: ... Still Sprintless.

Engines, Gearboxes, Overdrives etc. rebuilt. PM me.

It's been a while but with being unemployed for 6 months I couldn't really afford to throw money at this but I've now got new bearings & rings so hopefully will start rebuilding the engine this weekend. :D
