Well done to those who constructed the stand. It looked brill. It was very busy on the stand & even I managed to sell a few things. My voice was hoarse by the time I got home having been talking with people most of the day.

Well done all involved - it looks great.

Unfortunately a family commitment meant I was never going to make this year. I always enjoy this show and it is the first I have missed for some years.

You certainly did the Club proud - great work.

Excellent stand chaps and great to catch up with you all. I spent the princely sum of £2.30 in the jumble, 30p on a new popper for the Spitfire tonneau cover and £2 for a couple of second hand Sprint dizzy caps. As usual I spent most of the show being stopped or stopping others for a chat and started to feel that rush of enthusiasm again. I do like this show

Well, I decided to counter the recession a bit and ended up spending just north of £200 on my 'bargains'. Two new rear door shells for little more than the cost of new skins, an air filter, core carbs for their non waxstat jets and some new sealed beams including a 75W for £1 each, an assortment of new pallet shims, about 20 for £4, a very good s/h Sprint rad for £15, some 3/8" wheelnuts, a good s/h thermostat housing, a s/h rack for the core pile for £4, and a new OE NS headlamp mounting panel that has to be the bargain of the show for £10!!

Quite nice after 16 years of stall holding to actually enjoy myself for a change.

The stand was a credit to all involved, thanks for the coffee!
