First is the inner sill. No holes there the patch is visable but will be hidden by the sill carpet anyway. For this reason it probably wouldn't have failed an MOT but it was structural so needed to be repaired. The rest of the passenger floor pan is nice and solid

As you know whilst that was being done the scuttle corners where attacked with the DA and then resprayed. They now look like this

A small amount of extra sanding is still required but it looks reasonable unless you get up close. Here is what my low cost rebuilt arch looks like. Reasonable untill I can afford repair sections

Then moving onto the rear jacking point. The view from the rear wheelarch shows the sill end closed and solid thankfully my welding is starting to look ok.

Looking from underneath there are 3 visible sections but again it should now be lovely and strong. I have tested it and it will jack up from the jacking point. Not that I normally use them anyway.

Final bit was above the spring mount and is a pig to photograph so please excuse the shoddy pic as I was not removing the road wheel for the sake of a photograph.

lastly today saw me rectifying a niggling problem. I had the problem of a gear knob that regularly came off and ended up on the back seat when changing gear. So it has a new one, I know the purist are going to hate me for using a non-triumph item but I think it looks the part and its my car so my way ;D
