Well with only 4 people on the list, I'm not sure if this event is going to happen. I was hoping for a greater response to be honest. :(
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years. :boggle2: ... Still Sprintless.

Engines, Gearboxes, Overdrives etc. rebuilt. PM me.

Mart, as usual I'd like to come. And as usual I don't have a Dolomite to take round. How inappropriate would a Rover 75 be do you reckon? :D

-edit-

Hang on, I might actually have the 1850 by then!

I'd like to go, but I fear I may not meet the noise requirement to get on track...
1978 Twilight Purple Dolomite 1850HL The Lolomite.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

OK, I need to think about sending off for the stand allocation & passes at the end of the week.

We get...
Complimentary entry for up to 12 display cars (incl drivers). There are 8 cars going at the mo so there are some spare ad. passes if you have passengers.
Track Sessions @ £25 per track session purchased in advance (£30 in advance & £35 on the day if not bought through the club)
Track sessions valid between 09.00-11.00 and 16:00-17:00pm. No limit on the number purchased (subject to availability)

So, for those of you who want track passes, I need to know what times you require. Sessions start every 15 mins. so there are 4 sessions per hour. Eg. 9:00, 9:15, 9:30 & 9:45. I would suggest leaving a minimum of 3/4 hour between sessions as you need to line up for your sessions 15 minutes before hand.

Please have a read through Castle Combe's web pages & FAQs for more information.

Almost a month to go and my car has literally nothing attached to the back end and is half bare-mataled! No MOT either, wish me luck!

I'm pretty new to owning a sprint, but I'd love to come down and meet all you guys, and maybe do a few laps as well.

Dammit I may HAVE to come down to this, just to put the cat amongst the pidgeons (or the Toledo amongst the Sprints)
Prodrive has given me much more confidence in the track manners and performance of the Carledo but highlighted a BIG deficiency in braking performance!
So I can't say include me in now but I might just bite the bullet and turn up on the day, it depends on whether I find time to fit a Trackerjack kit or make my own even bigger set (15" wheels let me do this!) in the meantime!
