If it is the water pump they're easy to replace - about £35 and three nuts holding it on!

I have a 1500, that can get hot in traffic on a warm day. The problem is the fan on the front, it is turned by the engine, so when you need maximum airflow, when stationary, the fan is turning at minimum speed. Combine that with any weakness in the cooling system, crud in the radiator for example and your little triumph tries to turn into a kettle.

I've burried my head in the sand a little bit on this one as I've been ruddy busy of late...!!! I'm itching to get it sorted but it's just getting the time... I will drop you a line soon Jon and we can have a look and see what's what...!
