Electrical connector pins

#1 Post by triumphtoledo »

As I delve deeper into restoring a 1976 Dolomite 1500, I am having trouble sourcing the male electrical pins that go into the multiplug, which supplies current to the reversing lamp switch.

All I can find are 3.5mm diameter pins, which are too big to fit into the original plastic connector blocks. (pictured to the right, here: http://www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk/i ... _large.jpg)

I think the originals are around 3.0-3.1mm (1/8-inch) in diameter.

Does anyone know if these are available from anywhere?
