Battery distribution

#1 Post by marko »

Does anyone have something like this fitted? Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252526895942
I need something to tidy my heavy power cables and I want to add relays for the headlights too. I have 3 amplifiers all requiring a 30amp cable plus soon the relays for the headlights.
Can anyone suggest a better way of doing this whilst keeping it clean and simple looking?

This is the way I upgraded mine. Bus bar has 150 amp capacity.
I got it from Auto Electrical Supplies

Some neat modular systems here: http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/f ... fuse-boxes for making your own fusebox. I cheaped out and used this http://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/d ... y-fuse-box in my dolly, although it has a custom loom so may not fit where you are planning on putting it. Has two bus bars, I did one live and one switched. No relay capacity.
