I guess it can be a tricky situation if someone suggests doing something potentially illegal, as it could be construed that TDC as an organisation condones the activity, however, I would agree if you suggested that perhaps there was a more sensitive way to have done it...

That section was set up several years ago so that some contributors could carry on attempting to resolve differences of personal opinion without bringing the board into disrepute.
From that, it has evolved into a sounding board for 'totally off topic' subjects, as despite the rules for no religion or politics, some seems to creep in from time to time...
