shot blasting barrel

hi all
look at what i made.....and it works.....waterbutt 212 litre.....21" diameter by 39" long
using a canister gun with 0.5mm to 1mm glass shot media,wheel came out alright,but this is working at 45psi
just need to sort out the air line input hole

Dolomite 1300,1980`V`reg in british racing brown(russet),3.63 diff with 21t speedo pinion,95%poly`d,HL clocks,standard wheels with SE covers wrapt in 175 70 13,mot`d 19-09-2014,been off the since 1990,(july2017) stainless steel exhaust 3-piece,(xmas2018) wooden mountney steering wheel,(june2020) new monroe shock(radial front,gas-matic rears) with -1" lower`d springs all round.

That's excellent, have you put lighting in it?

yeah got lighting in,,,12v 30led ultra bright,only cabled tied in until i find the correct overall light position

That's great, I've been using a large wooden box.... goes looking for a plastic barrel :)

blasted a pair of front shock mounts today,left is before-right is after

thanks for the comments :bluewave: just finishing the barrel,removed everything and seal it up with silicone sealer and left alone for 2days to dry properley,before that i shot blast few more parts,,,,brake servo front and back piece,need to make a retain collar for the pedal side bellow to sit on,now got the seal to seal up the black inner sliding plastic bit that i had trouble in removing
also blasted the tow bar i got(thank you) and sprayed it first in acid etch and left it to dry outside and then overnight indoors(keep it warm :lol: ) and bought some new bolts for it
