The FWD box will never have the precision of a RWD box, but you should be able to find the gears OK! There are a set of nylon and rubber bushes and little metal tubes that all wear in the bottom of the stick/linkage, some are the same as used in the Heralds/Spitfires 3 rail box. You can still get a kit for the Herald linkage from all the usual suspects.
