Where do these go? Mudshields

Hi All,

Now that the front of the car is painted it's time to put everything together.
But where do the plastic guards on the right of the picture go?

[new to this]

if you look under the wing from the arch ,at the top towards the back,you should see a box section that mud shield goes over the box section
