floor welded up,out skin welded up,areas treated and seam sealed...just need to finnish the arch lip off now

going have to re-make this centre cap as the hub nut cover sticks out 2mm past the wheel rim,,,so may have a dome finish without lettering...watch this space! i did like the flush fit but...it **** happens

couple of weld up jobs,,front passengers corner and rear driver arch at the rear part,,still have to start and finish the lip of the arch

front ready for light and grill,,bumper later on....passenger rear arch had paint bubbles then this...more rust to cut our and make new section to go in...more fun :lol:

front now done and splitter back on
rear passengers side arch all welded in and ready for bit of filler and paint
drivers side looks smarter then before...still 40 shades of brown :lol:

complete rear axle off and paint gloss black,also pianted is upper and lower arms after bushes masked off,prop off and cleaned ready for painting,handbrake cables removed,rear shocks off ready for the lower`d ones to go on..just under body to sort out before dinitrol

today i managed to get the axle back on in between the showers,new monroe gas-matics shocks and springs,new brake pipe still need finishing...just handbrake cables,prop and anti roll bar to fit and its ready for loading and torque`ing up bolts....still thinking of side exhaust :twisted: but fit it on the drivers side to be safe regarding the petrol feed pipe

Hi i had the same trouble with the wheel centre cap , i had a collar machined on the front out side edge so the cap comes through the wheel a bit more and a collar machine on the back to clear the axle nut
