The channel that holds the rubber seal to the door can you buy that ? and does the channel go the hole length
of the bottom of the door or is there a gap in the middle
( passengers rear door )
Thanks Dave

Re: Door rubber seal
And it's a solid piece, no gaps beyond a mm or two where sections meet.

Not around the bottom Dave, they are spot welded.

Re: Door rubber seal
It sure is! And even more difficult to clean up after plug welding! (ask me how I know) I suspect the factory had needle fine spot weld tips for the job. In this one case, pop rivets may actually be the best solution, unless you fancy some VERY accurate drilling and plug weld them on from inside the door.new to this wrote: ↑Thu Jun 18, 2020 9:28 pmJames
Thanks the PO pop riveted a peace of metal over the top of the bottom over the top of the original rust , that seal channel is small to spot weld

Re: Door rubber seal
So glad the Dolomega doors are good enough not to need this treatment, I didn't enjoy my last time doing it!

Re: Door rubber seal
Dunno about new ones, I think some of the usual suspects sell it by the metre, you have to make the corners and glue them together yourself.
I may have a decent, usable used one for N/S/R door.
