I alternate between them and Lancaster Insurance (was Sureterm) because all insurance companies quote higher for year 2.

I would rather put 30 quid in the petrol tank than pay a 25% increase for the same cover, shopping around is good, there's no discount for loyalty and only a increase in the price , Lancaster insurance are quoting £93 for the same cover and a £3000 increase in value.

This year I went with Classic Line, they offered me the same insurer, Highway, with the same cover as Adrian Flux for £60.00 less.

I've been with Peter James for a number of years and have both my classics on one policy. Very easy to deal with and no out-of-order price hikes other than what you might expect from inflation. For my 1850 Dolly and my very heavily modified 4 litre MGB GTV8, this year's premium was £230. Last year it was £226. They have a full list of all the many mods on the MG. The BGT has an agreed value of £14,500 and the Dolly £4,000.

I did try them, but sadly could not compete on a multi car policy. Even though they were all classic's
