do i need to disconnect the anti roll bar at the front to remove the springs and shocks

Due to the degree of difficulty involved in refitting the ARB when the rest of the suspension is all together, I prefer to struggle a bit and remove and refit the coilovers without disconnecting the ARB. It is possible to do so but a solid 5 foot long prybar is your friend here! Doesn't hurt to have an assistant to lean/stand on it either!
