For sale from a private collection. 1969 Triumph 1300 FWD. Professionally restored in early 90s by H J Bowles at a cost of £4475 and cherished since then. There is mention in the history file that the original engine was replaced in 2003 with a 34K mile engine. Comes with good history file including original bill of sale from Guy Salmon Ltd, Surrey, receipts for restoration, MOTs work done and maintenance etc. The car has been well maintained and is in good presentable and usable condition. This is part of an estate collection that I am selling on behalf of a family member. Asking £5200. Please message for more information or pictures. The car is in Orkney.
Many thanks.

Erm... :scratchin: That doesn't look like a 'TC':

TC badges are missing and it's only single carb. :!: :?:

I appreciate that it's had an engine replacement, but if it's single carb - It ain't a TC. :wary:

You are correct, thankfully someone is paying attention. I have checked through the files and it was never a TC only a 1300 and the only reference to TC is on the insurance certificate which was on top when I was writing the advert. Thank you for pointing this out, it was not my intention to pull the wool over anyones eyes hence why I have come to a club to offer the car before trying else where. I will edit the advert
