Wiring the rear light panel. Need help

Hello, I want to re-route the rear lights. Does anyone have a diagram of how to run it or any experience on where to start?

When you say reroute are you looking for alternative ways to the factory or simply that you're reinstalling the cable and are unsure of the route.
