Corsa D steering Column

Any one know much about Corsa D electric steering column how big is the motor ? are they smaller than the Corsa C set up

Yes its bigger than Corsa C, broadly the same as the 2006> Fiat Punto unit, the Corsa D being a Punto in a different jacket.

Thanks for the information, do you know any electric steering columns with a smaller motor than Corsa C ?

Corsa C Steering Cloumn

On the Corsa C steering column, there's a ECU that's mounted round the column, does that get hot,? on the back of the ECU there's fins are they a heat sink or just the grip to mount round the column ?

It turns out its just the mount to go round the steering column, but still cant work out how to remove it from the ECU
