V5c application

#1 Post by Paulo440 »

Hi there, I am new to this and looking for some advice please. I have recently acquired a Triumph 1300 fwd 1966. It did not come with a v5c. Sadly the vin/ commission plate is missing. To apply for a v5c using a v62 form it says I need to give the vin number which I clearly do not have. Is there any way to find the vin number for the car?
Thanks

Yes, a friendly MoT station should be able to tell you the VIN from the registration.

or:

https://www.caranalytics.co.uk/guides/f ... 20numbers.

Thanks for the assistance. All sorted now. An mot man as mentioned was most helpful. 😁
