Hi all. Am currently out in Aussie but have received a query from Nigel Storey re visiting the museum. I asked Nigel if he would kindly investigate and the response from Haynes is:

"We can confirm to park in the car park and to use the cafe you do not need to purchase a ticket but for
Museum access you will need to purchase a ticket.

There are currently only 4 people booked. A reminder that you need 15 to book for the discount to qualify."

I would urge all those who initially indicated they were keen/interested to consider booking up soon.

Many thanks,

Mike

Thanks for the reminder Mike. All booked up and let's hope we get a good number of people to book up for the discount to apply.

Best wishes

Hi

We are looking at hopefully others joining us from Shropshire, West Midlands.

Hopefully, confirm numbers soon that will be in addition to the 3 already booked.

Cheers :D

I had a look at the Haynes website and could find no mention of the event. I guess that means it's not officially linked to the museum and we should just book as individuals. Or have I missed something?

There is a code to use as well, though not sure if it's mandatory. Maybe best to PM or email Mike (Yellow Banana) to confirm?

OK peeps. Back home after my travels to Aussie and so I thought I'd check with Haynes to see how many of you had actually booked to attend the SW Dolly Day on 29 June.

To date there have been just 10 people booked for this event. I appreciate that we still have most of this month & most of June to go but, if only to avoid the likelihood of the discounted entry price not being applied and those who have booked possibly requiring to pay the full entry price (remember this reduction applies only on the basis that a minimum of 15 bookings have been received) I would strongly urge you to book very soon.

Thanks all.

I've just booked and paid for four people.

I could not see how to indicate the number of vehicles or how to link it directly to this club.
Oh, well. It will be a good day out in any case.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

It's linked to the club when you put in the discount code.

Afternoon All, I'm definitely going to make an attempt to attend, subject to breakdown on the way. I'm not intending on purchasing tickets for the museum, as its so local I been loads of times. However; if your short on numbers purchasing tickets, I will do so to help ensure everyone gets the 30% discount. Where are we on confirmed numbers to date?

I used the link with the #category_13 suffix, so I guess that counts?

In case anyone is not aware, if you want/plan to attend the SW Dolly Day at Haynes on 29 June and you DON'T want to visit their excellent museum then you don't need to book tickets via their website. Just turn up on the show field. However it'd be good to know how many of you plan to do this.
Many thanks
Mike
