Arrived just after opening at 10am in a driving rain to be met by virtually nothing!!
The autojumble would've been easily missed if you happened to blink as you walked by, a doughnut and butty van helped keep the few that did venture out warm with hot refreshments, and a 30 second walk was all that was needed to take in the few cars that were there..
So, In an effort to escape the rain we headed off for the main hall for the guided tour, where right at the entrance we were greeted by the carcus of a dead bird, obviously some sort of bizzare modern art attempt at a gate gardian for the well to do. However the tour proved interesting and a welcome break from the wet stuff outside, but in all the day was ruined by your typical English summer

On the way, full of anticipation and expectations, a bit wet too

Parked up and the photo makes it look a little better than it was, but i promise you, it was hooning down..

Me and Nath trying to catch each other on film, pair of pleb's we are

The view from the main hall shows the HUGE turnout

This was as good as it got..
Except for the drive home where we messed about overtaking each other

A couple of video's - (Might take a little while to load)
