Does anyone have any experience at changing a renault laguna sidelight?
My mate at work tried at the weekend and couldn't do it (even though he found some instructions on the web) He is fairly good at that sort of thing so I was surprised, but its a modern and a renault which takes it far out of my knowledge space.

it all click together with the headlight? So if you take the headlight out it comes with it IIRC...

stupid
not sure but does it need to come out from the wheel arch. turn the wheel full lock either way depending on the side and twist your arm up and behind everything. then it just clips off. lol.
pita. or its all the cowling around the back of the headlight off and wriggle your arm down there again.
something like that anyway:P

original or facelifted?
mines the facelifted version, but bro in law has original and works in a body shop so he's bound to know, can ask if needs be.
ok if im honest i have absolutely NO experience of changing ANY bulbs on mine as she's not a yr old and havent blown any yet.
and even if i did need to, i'd just run it until the next service and let the dealer do it. sounds like it'd be a proper pain in the jacobs anyway, so why get my hands dirty? i save my dirty hands for the triumphs and the bike!
i know to change a n/s headlight bulb on mk 2 focus you need to take the wheel off and get it from under the wing... or was it offside? cant remember, only did it once before i destroyed it.

ps - probably a fiddly mudshield that'll need to come off if its from under the arch, better to jack up and take wheel off, more room to manouvre.
sh1t moderns, not owner friendly, all emphasis on helping dealers ream £££'s out of you for service work by making things a deliberate P I T A and covering everything in plastic housings to try and keep you out!

Yes what year would help
Drop me a VIN number and the small oval plate number's inner wing somewhere (Off the Forum) and I'll check on the Renault Dialogys System (WorkShop Manual's)
