Mike,
Fantastic set of photos, that sum up the day very nicely.

If you don't mind, I'll be downloading some of them that feature Triumph650, and myself.

Man of the Year for Steve Wilkes I reckon. What a legend. 8)

Once again, a really good show, I only injured myself the once (never use your hands as a vice when cutting things with a hacksaw) and I managed to see how to get at the rear flexi, which is a job I'm going to have to do next weekend. So a really productive weekend. Slightly ruined by being woken up by a phonecall from work at 6am today for no real reason.

Hello Restoration Show people, Yes excellent event , and brilliant work Steve. I wish I could weld like that in the time you do it !
And good photo's as well. If I thought I looked like that I'd have polished the bald spot first. Or I'd get the Wife to do it .
But yes..... Alun I seem to have that spanner that was in your top pocket .
I also seem to have the following extra 4 items in my bag of spanners........
1. Alun's "King Dick "7/16 + 1/2 in A.F. ring. Quality !
2. A "Span " black handle screwdriver. Not been used as a cold chisel either !
3. A 9/16 O/E end + a carefully engineered 9/16 in ring-spanner-end to make a Brake Union(?) 1/2 ring spanner. I'd love to know what special item this fits .
4. A 7/16 in ring + O/E from the same manufacturer and specification as item 3.

Can send by post by return.

Claiments form an orderly queue. :-)
Cheers All,
Tony TDC 0091.

Lovely stuff :)

All the shiny tin in the background makes me wonder, do other car clubs write 'Pleeeease don't put us next to the Dolomites' on their application forms? I guess the mini crew forgot to attach the correct number of red beer tokens

The funniest was immediately after the Prize Giving, as a cloud of dust, or smoke (I'm not sure which it was) rose from in the corner where we were located!

Nice set of pics, really must come to the next show. Why does her indoors keep organising weekends away at such critical times?
