I am no expert on standard ride height settings but it is often a matter of individual preference.
I would keep experimenting until the car looks and drives right. The most important thing is that the heights are level side to side. Depending on the length of your springs you should be able to find a good compromise. Be aware that a lot of spring settling occurs after fitting so don't go adjusting until you have driven on each adjustment for a good few miles.
Having said that, if you have stripped wheel nuts I wouldn't drive it anywhere until you have replaced them. Readily available from owners on here, eBay etc

What sort of work are you looking to get done? I may be able to recommend someone depending on what it is.
