Woah 1000 pounds thats very good, who offered you that then, the best luck i've had is 2100 from peter james most companies straight refused to even make an offer, all very frustrating. Also i'm having a rather hard time finding anything on the car front within my price bracket that is in decent condition and close enough so that i can get there under my own steam, as my parents work away during the week so dont want to be spending their weekend trapesing about after me :P. this may take a while then but i am dteremined not to give in!

Yeah that was peter James that quoted me 1000 pounds, but I have another car for every day use which helps I think. It is very difficult to find one, I was very lucky to find mine just 5 miles away and the guy very kindly dropped it off for me. Hang in there, the right dolly is just around the corner, always check eBay and gumtree, stuff like that. Oh and even the most solid rust free looking ones are usually hiding some, mines been in dry storage most of its days looks fine and then there's a sneaky rust hole under the fuel tank.
