Filing that, just fitted the subframe that's visible in the background.

We all need to learn and sometimes learning the hard way isn't a bad thing. Most important thing is that no one was hurt. Adam knew the risk, took the risk and s#!t happened.

All you needed to do was have the jack fully down so that it's centre of g was as low as possible and use a timber across the jack. A nice broad timber with holes in it into which the subframe tubes slot. If poss remove the cup and put a bolt through to stick into the hole in the jack. Also don't try to pull the train round a corner. When you need to corner stop the car, turn the jack then pull the jack straight forward.

Been there, done it, got away with it. Wouldn't do it again tho because now there is a Screwfix counter 5 miles away, they do casters for bugger all money.

Now I come to think about it my jack is a monster. With it down the wheels are way wider than the cup is high therefore to turn over the car would have to rise not just travel sideways. If your jack is narrower than high you were doomed.
