Carledo had some adaptors made up...
But there is another option that fits under a Sprint alloy, Ken Clarke has replicated the ST vented disc set up which uses standard but spaced calipers and longer (GT6?) stub axles...

I've no idea, Tony, sorry.
But knowing the reputation these guys (Sprintparts) have, I reckon it'd be a decent one.

Most use a copper pipe, but that is not for me, so instead I did the following:

(I don't know where the photo went but the description is concise?).
With this arrangement you
don't have relocate the hose brackets and furthermore you can lift the caliper off
(to change the pads) without having to disturb the hydraulics.
The calipers fit easily under 1850 steel wheels or the Minator minilite replicas sold by Rimmer Brothers
but are very tight under Sprint alloys, usually making it necessary to grind a little from the caliper for clearance.
Calipers are common to the Sierras, Escorts, Orions, KAs etc that have
240mm vented brake discs.
For Dolomites with single line brakes there is no need to change the brake master cylinder.
Ian.
