Thanks for all your replies they are very helpful I am shore I will have more questions when i start the work.
I have just come in from the cold after finishing off fitting my front suspension bushes to the sprint which I purchased from Chris Wittor, first impressions after a quick drive round the block they have made a big difference, made every thing feel a lot tighter well impressed.
