Does not sound like Royal Mail,
Alun, your not doing some quantum physics experiment to
send parcels through the planet are you
I've been on spice all weekend so can now actually fold space and time!

You may need some extra spice for when it reaches Australia Post. Their deliveries have an occasional reputation for bending space and time themselves. But its looking promising so far. Thanks for arranging this Alun.

Arrived first thing today...apparently. Not too late, I hope?
I wonder how far behind the spring washers were...?

Can anybody lend a teleporter.
Ordered an item from Australia on Ebay on the 10th,
it's been with Auspost since the 11th and has still
not left the country.

So the items just turned up in time thanks. Sat around with Auspost for several days before reaching us on Monday. Car is now done and I pick it up tomorrow. With the exhaust rattle gone I'm expecting to then hear numerous other things.....
As for AusPost they have just gone downhill steadily over the last few years. Another case of a previously good asset stripped to the bone while the CEO got himself paid significantly more than the PM. Totally useless shi&@.
Just because the system isn't updated doesn't necessarily mean it hasn't left. Then again it might be worth instigating proceedings for a refund?

I’m very pleased to report that Noisy Car, as my daughter used to call it when she was a kid, was duly repaired in the available timeframe while I was back home and then made it to the classic car event for a meet with other like-minded vehicles.
Here’s a a link for those that are interested.

The exhaust specialist said that the old downpipe had been so heavily modified around the sub frame area (ie dented in) that the pipe was significantly reduced in cross section. So now it doesn’t knock and I have a proper diameter downpipe. He also re-hung the entire exhaust having commented on how crappy he though the whole thing looked. And he had a point.
What remains now are two sets of noises and one steering clamp question. I’ll do separate threads for those so the info is findable for others in the future.
Thanks

And I notice the Sprint is on the gallery on that webpage !
Albeit next to an ugly Kingswood but they get kinda excited about that sort of thing over here....
