Yes I saw that on WD wanted a Saab 99 screen I think and used a dodge

Pilkingtons know the correct size, shape and tint to make a Dolomite screen, they just won't make more than 1 at a time for cost/storage reasons. They reckon it's not worth making them for stock if they are going to sell less than a certain (fairly large) number a year.

To my mind, they are shooting themselves in the foot a bit, if they stocked them, more people would buy them, (the wait is the worst part) then if they sold more, the price could come down and even more people would buy one! And everyone would be happy.

Now Robbo is doing them, from stock and making Pilkingtons look silly money (whilst still making a healthy profit by my reckoning) Go figure!
