You need to have some patience. As a recent joiner t took my pack a while to arrive but you should get access to the 'restricted' areas of the forum before the pack arrives. As a headsup I was told the forms go to the London 'handling' office and are sent off from there weekly to membership secretary who then sends out the 'pack' via Royal Mail. If you paid via cheque it can take some weeks to go through the system as well
