Even though I say it myself, the Tolly does look sweet hunkered down like that.

Great day.
THAT LOOKS THE BOLLOX 8)

It's a brilliant car, up close the detail on it is incredible.

A privilage to be a passenger Mart, have just enjoyed watching the video's and even after owning a sprint for approx 15 years I am still amazed at how bloodt good they are with very little money (compared with some cars) spent on them.

Thanks for the day Mart hat off to you :bluewave:

It was indeed, a very quick Imp, passed me like I was standing still.

Hmmm! Nitrous, there's a thought. ~Would my engine stand up to it?

IIRC I had a look at that imp one time at Combe. I think it's spaceframed with a fibreglass body, although I might be thinking of a different one. I love Jon's commentary. 8)

Thanks for the kind words about the car Darren (and Dave). :D

I spoke to the owner of the Imp at some length as years ago I used to race an Imp. That one is superfast. Its owned by a young lad in his early twenties who built it himself and its a work of art. The rear end is all spaceframe and it is powered by a mid-mounted highly tuned K series that he lifted from a written off Lotus Exige. No wonder it goes well.....

Some nice vids Mart. Interesting watching my rear end twitch under braking (ooh err missus!). Definitely extra homework over the winter holidays.

The cars we use are amazing when you consider just how simple they are and I love the way we all go home thinking how to get that little more to go that bit faster.................5 years ago none of us would have thought that we could easily go round in the times we do and I can honestly say that Mart never made me feel nervous as he was always close to his and the cars limit but not beyond.
Sorry to start a Saab war on your Vid Mart  sadly winding people up is one of my specialities :D .

I just love Martins Toledo and just know that he will sort the suspension out this winter................then we can fly past the rest in convoy 8)

I've also had an email from the VXR chap, t'was his first track day at Combe. Probably why he didn't go scampering off into the distance.

This is a pic taken by Gary Kinghorn of Northloop. Here's a link to his website. (Very picture heavy, over 2000 pics).

sbd16v, identify yourself! and show us the footage. :D
