I've ordered and received them already. They have only one bad thing. I always mount the sprockets with 4 bolts instead of the tiny two. When you have a cam with more lift and stronger valve springs it is better to mount the sprocket with four and that cannot with the lightened verniers.

Can we stick to the thread topic please.
Dollyracer 33 that would be a great idea to start up a UK based source of arches, however how many bodies do you need to make it worth while and at what cost. Tell us more.

Also would it be possible to make them a better fit
I understand they were just for racing so looks were unimportant
I had to spend alot of time getting mine looking correct
Also the mounting of them is a little feeble this area could also do with adressing,
If they were a good fit and needed little work to get looking nice i would
def have 3 or 4 sets,

I belive hans does two versions. One for race and one for road. I agree with everything you have said though, especially the mounting points.

I wouldn't waist your time, I tried that route before going to Hans for mine and found him uncoperative and quoting prices out of this world.

he used to do the tuning for the works dolly team
Really? From the horse's mouth:
He joined the British Leyland factory at Abingdon in 1978, where he was a part of the TR8 works rally team. It
was here that Brian gained his in depth knowledge of the workings of British leyland cars and his passion for the
Triumph Dolomite.
In 1979 Brian established Brian Kitley Triumphs and has been successfully trading for over 25 years. Along with his dedicated staff, Brian continues to provide top quality service and parts.
So was at Abingdon for anywhere between 2 and 23 months, after the Dolomite heyday which petered out in early '78...
Starting at a normal dealership in '74, how long was an apprenticeship in those days?
