Just so that you all know i am now out of passes for HPOM 2009, so we should have around 14 cars on the club stand, plus a newly restored sprint and a recommissioned sprint (mart and John T) :P

So far i have failed in my attempt to contact the organizers reference more tickets but i will endeavour to keep trying, we have had a lot of interest in camping as well so lets hope for good weather, i will bring the BBQ again. :D

Ok finally managed to speak to the organizers today, reference tickets and camping.
Unfortunately there are no more tickets available as they are completly sold out (first time ever apparenently), if you do not have a ticket you will need to go to the public area where there is a classic car section but will need to pay full price, i did ask if you would be able to come in the exhibitors entrance if you paid full price and then come on club stand, this will not be allowed this year due to health and safety etc and the shear numbers expected.

On a positive note camping is 10 pound a tent or caravan payable on arrival, for all those that have asked you can pitch/bring your caravan in on the saturday if you wish and leave it there all weekend, there will be some form of entertainment on the sunday night.

I am expecting 8 sprints (including marts looking forward to that)
2 x 1500HL
1500 TC
1300 TC TWD
Toledo
1850

Thats changed this year then as the public classic line up used to be free.
There goes my plan for the 1500

Have we got the same sized pitch as last year, im just thinking about the gazebo size?

We have pitch number 5 which is normally close to the entrance similar to last year we have the same space allocated as last year, but will have hopefully more cars this year so i would say the same size gazebo.

Reference the public parking i assumed you had to pay to park in the classic section if that is not the case i see no reason for this to have changed so youre plan could still be on, a good number to ring for anyone with any questions about this event or camping etc is 01245 350830
