There will definately be a TDC stand, the space has been booked. It's first come, first served regarding who gets to park there, but there'll be plenty of Triumph parking nearby if there isn't room for everyone.

A convoy up to Duxford sounds great.

A Sprint, Pi, and a Stag. Premium motors

We could meet-up at Milestones on the 24th, about 08:00:?:

I'll be there, and will be bringing a TDC banner. Hopefully, Nathan will also be attending.
Hopefully, KAC will be in full health by then, but it's looking like 30k miles on the worlds cheapest unleaded conversion(*) have taken their toll on the exhaust valves! All 4 tappets had closed to about 4 thou when checked earlier today. Could explain the inability to rev!

* Open fuel filler, insert unleaded fuel nozzle, fill with fuel, drive off!

Sure I gave Nath some exhaust valves for a 1300fwd. Ask him nicely and I'm sure he might donate them. Got them from Mick Dolphin an age ago.

I'll remember that Ken, the only thing is I think I'm on TC / Mk 3 Spitfire sizes.
I'll have to think about what to do with this one, it might be time to build a SAH replica (based on a 1500 head) but with sensible compression. The SAH head I acquired a couple of yeras ago had a CR of 11.5 - 1!

However, back to Duxford!
It sounds like we're going to have 3 or 4 vehicles at the moment coming from Coventry, running together. Therefore, is anyone else wanting to join us for the run?

I believe the show starts about 10:00, so we'll be away from Coventry at around 8:30, meeting point to be the Aldi carpark on the Walsgrave road..
This is near to the big Asda/Tesco stores, across from McDonalds (should be enough landmarks!)

The route will be M6/A14/M11, alternatively follow the signs!
