Well, it has been a while eh? There have been a few bumps along the way, sell her, not sell her, etc.
The plan now will be as follows:
When the Daf has been tinkered with I shall put Flipper into the lock up. The following will then commence at a pace that I can handle:
Remove the remaining brightwork.
Remove the lights (front and rear.)
Remove the front screen.
Remove the bonnet, boot lid and doors: repair any bits that need repairing although the bonnet will be replaced.
Attend to any rust that lurks around the A pillar and the rear of the wings.
Remedy any rust along the roof guttering.
Attend to any additional rustiness on the remaining panels.
Mechanical: fit metric studs to enable the Rover 100 alloys to be fitted.
Fit cherry bomb silencer
Electrical: check all connections and make good as required.
Fit Land Rover rear lights.
Chrome: prep and paint, possibly body colour or white.
Interior: paint B pillar trims. Retrim kickboards.
Choose colour: Dolphin Grey or Satin Black.
TBC
