Mike, are you going to mate the g/box to the engine first?
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years. :boggle2: ... Still Sprintless.

What a clean workshop that is. Definately the best method to lift and lower, will do the same I think both for removal and for fitting.

Absoluetly fantastic, would be a shame to use it. If only leyland had produced them that good in the first place. Well done I've truly enjoyed this rebuild. Total inspiration.

I've got a mental picture of an MOT tester walking around underneath this yellow masterpiece shaking his head in disbelief while Mike looks on from the background bouncing up 'n down like a 5 year old on Christmas morning. I wish I could be there to watch.

Mike,
Whats the thinking behind running a new camshaft at 2K rpm on startup? Is this to remove imperfections or just to shove as much lubrication around as fast as possible?
