It's a tricky subject and, like most legalities, there are a lot of grey areas... The way I understand it is it's not actually illegal if you're doing it on your own land. If it's a rented house, owned by the council, or on public accessible land, i.e. the roadside, a car park etc., it's illegal. Having said that, if the neighbours can smell it and they choose to complain then you have a problem even if it is your own property. The last thing you want is Health and Safety knocking on yor door when old Joe from 2 doors off starts blaming you for his asthma...richard4040 wrote:In reguards to my spraying I will be using cellulose with a large compressor and and expensive gun. As it's Cellulose then it isn't as bad as 2pack so I would suggest you have a word with your neighbours and tell them when you're gonna be doing it and not to hang any washing out...!
