The BRM has split rear seats, so will probably take a fair bit of work to fit safely. The 400/45 hatch also have split rears, which means you'll also have to fit some form of locking device to keep them upright. The ones used here come from a 45 saloon, they don't have split seats so no issue there.

Ahhh,thanks for that,good point.I had noticed they were split but hadn't cottoned on to how it would work in a Dolomite.300 and odd notes is a bit rich for me though,back to the drawing board.

Regarding seat conversion ive brought a nice set of seats from a 400 rover but rear backs are split but rear seat squab is solid but for £40 on ebay ill figure how to fix rears safely in as my original seats are well past their best do i need the rover runners from the 400?
